We collect your phone number and SMS consent information in order to send you text messages about your appointments, including scheduling, confirmations, reminders, and appointment-related updates. We do not send promotional or marketing text messages.

We also use the information we collect to:

  • Schedule, confirm, reschedule, and send reminders about your appointments

  • Communicate with you about your services, including by text message and email

  • Provide the color analysis, style analysis, and styling services you request

  • Respond to your questions and provide customer support

Any sharing of your information is limited strictly to what is operationally necessary to provide our services to you, as described below.

With your consent, we send appointment-related text messages — such as confirmations, reminders, and scheduling updates — using our business texting service. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your scheduled appointments. We do not send promotional or marketing texts.
